Instructions: Submit this form to apply to one or more of the micro-credentials in the GW RevU CBRNE program. You may apply to enroll in one or more of the offerings, or you may bundle all of the micro-credentials together with the capstone at a 10% discount*. Payment is due at the time of acceptance and enrollment in the program. Costs for individual micro-credentials and the CBRNE pathway bundle option are below:
